The E+H pressure transmitter means that the differential pressure transmitter can be calibrated without removing the pressure pipe. When calibrating the differential pressure transmitter, first close the positive and negative valves of the three valve group, open the balance valve, then loosen the exhaust, drain valve or plug to vent, and then use self-made connectors to replace the exhaust, drain valve or plug connected to the positive pressure chamber; The negative pressure chamber remains in a relaxed state, allowing it to be vented to the atmosphere. The pressure source of the E+H pressure transmitter is connected to a self-made joint through a rubber hose. The balance valve is closed, and the sealing condition of the gas path is checked. Then, the ammeter (voltmeter) and manual controller are connected to the output circuit of the transmitter, and calibration begins after preheating with power on. We know that regardless of the model of differential pressure transmitter, both the positive and negative pressure chambers have exhaust valves, drain valves or plugs; This provides convenience for us to calibrate differential pressure transmitters on site.

Check if the pressure interface of the E+H pressure transmitter is leaking or blocked. If it is confirmed that it is not, check the wiring method. If the wiring is correct, then check the power supply. If the power supply is normal, check if the sensor zero position has output, or perform a simple pressurization to see if the output changes. If there is any change, it proves that the sensor is not damaged. If there is no change, the sensor is already damaged. Other possible reasons for this situation could be instrument damage or issues with other parts of the entire system. The E+H pressure transmitter is generally due to the specification of the sealing ring (too soft or too thick). When the sensor is tightened, the sealing ring is compressed into the sensor pressure inlet, blocking the sensor. When the pressure is increased, the pressure medium cannot enter. However, when the pressure is high, the sealing ring suddenly opens, causing the pressure sensor to change under pressure. When the pressure drops again, the sealing ring returns to its original position and blocks the pressure inlet, preventing the remaining pressure from being released. Therefore, the zero position of the sensor cannot be lowered. The * method to eliminate this cause for the E+H pressure transmitter is to remove the sensor and directly check if the zero position is normal. If it is normal, replace the sealing ring and try again.

If the deviation of the E+H pressure transmitter is very large, a high-precision instrument (at least higher than the pressure gauge and sensor) should be used for reference. The influence of installation position of micro differential pressure transmitter on zero position output. Due to its small measurement range, the self weight of the sensing element in the transmitter will affect the output of the micro differential pressure transmitter. Therefore, the zero position change that occurs during the installation of the micro differential pressure transmitter is a normal situation. During installation, the axial direction of the pressure sensitive part of the transmitter shall be perpendicular to the gravity direction. If the installation conditions of the E+H pressure transmitter are limited, the zero position of the transmitter shall be adjusted to the standard value after installation and fixation.
