The MGLC 280 M motor adopts a square frame and a fully stacked magnetic circuit design. The stator yoke and magnetic poles are integrated and stacked, and the rotor adopts an integral stacked structure with high mechanical strength, suitable for high-speed operation. The compensation winding design effectively improves the dynamic response characteristics during sudden load changes, with small speed fluctuations and excellent commutation performance.

The motor is equipped with multiple overheat protections: PTC thermistors are embedded in the stator winding, and PT100 temperature sensors are installed in the bearing area. The cooling system adopts IC06 forced ventilation, and the top EVL filter can intercept dust particles, ensuring the heat dissipation efficiency of the motor in dusty environments. The motor can operate continuously at full load at an ambient temperature of 40 ° C and an altitude of 1000m.
