Structure and functional characteristics
The MGL 200 K motor adopts a fully laminated magnetic circuit design, and the short base structure shortens the axial length while ensuring output power, making it suitable for equipment with limited installation space. The motor can be equipped with various accessories: speed generator (for speed closed-loop control), incremental encoder (for position or speed feedback), electromagnetic brake (for load holding), PTC thermistor (for overheating protection).
The cooling method can be IC06 forced ventilation (equipped with independent fans, suitable for low-speed and high torque working conditions) or IC410 self fan cooling (suitable for conventional speed regulation scenarios). The motor meets the installation dimensions of IEC standards and can be replaced with motors of the same specifications. The protection level is IP23S (anti vertical water falling) or IP54 (dustproof and splash proof) optional.
Application fields:Industrial equipment that requires medium power and wide speed regulation, such as the main drive of plastic extruders, injection and locking drive of injection molding machines, pressing and drying drive of papermaking machinery, rubber mixers, lifting mechanisms of cranes, and mining conveying machinery.
