The MGL 180 S motor adopts a fully laminated magnetic circuit design, and the short base structure shortens the axial length while ensuring output power, making it suitable for equipment with limited installation space. The motor is equipped with a compensating winding, which improves the dynamic response characteristics during sudden load changes and reduces speed fluctuations.
The motor can be equipped with various accessories: speed generator (for speed closed-loop control), incremental encoder (for position or speed feedback), electromagnetic brake (for load holding), PTC thermistor (for overheating protection). The cooling method can be IC06 forced ventilation (with independent fan) or IC410 self fan cooling. The former is suitable for low-speed high torque working conditions, while the latter is suitable for conventional speed regulation scenarios.
