After years of effort, our company has successfully developed an inflatable lightweight test transformer. Compared with traditional oil immersed lightweight test transformers, this series of products has reduced weight by 20% -60% (depending on voltage and capacity level, dry-type test transformers above 20KVA and oil immersed test transformers are about 1.5 times heavier than inflatable ones), and have no oil pollution. They are widely used in laboratories, quality inspection departments, etc. The voltage level of a single test transformer can reach 300KV. The voltage level of insulating oil is the highest single unit, 250KV, so it is also a product in high-voltage testing. Due to the use of new production technology, the technical performance of the product has been greatly improved, and the partial discharge capacity is small. It is commonly used as a complete set of test transformers without partial discharge. Medium usage, the local volume can reach less than 3PC. Often used as the * product for testing transformers in complete voltage withstand tests without partial discharge.

2、 Product Structure:

1. The design concept, material selection, and process flow of the YDQ inflatable test transformer series products are all brand new. The widely used GIS combination cabinet features small weight, light volume, beautiful appearance, and all technical indicators meet the standard requirements, with high insulation strength.

The YDQ inflatable test transformer series products use cold-rolled DQ-151 oriented silicon steel sheets stacked into multi-stage cylindrical frame shaped iron cores, and are directly and continuously wound with QZ type wires on a specially designed high-strength insulation cylinder to form high-voltage tower coils. The outer shell is of appropriate size and filled with SF6 gas.

2. The difference between the YDQ (JZ) AC/DC inflatable test transformer product and the YDQ inflatable test transformer product lies in the clever installation of a high-voltage rectifier silicon stack inside a high-voltage sleeve, which can be transformed into a power frequency high-voltage AC output or a high-voltage DC output through the insertion and extraction of a short-circuit rod. This function can be used when conducting a DC withstand voltage test.

YD Oil Immersed Series Test Transformer

Oil immersed test transformer is a basic testing equipment for users such as power plants, power supply and distribution systems, and scientific research institutions. It is used to conduct insulation strength tests on various electrical products, electrical components, insulation materials, etc. under specified voltages, assess the insulation level of the products, discover insulation defects of the tested products, and measure the ability to withstand overvoltage. Oil immersed test transformer is the prototype of * type test transformer. Zui ancient equipment is also a product that does not need to be updated but never lags behind.

II. Structure

The iron core of this series of products is a single-phase core type, made of cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets stacked together, and the fastening method uses steel as a clamp. The high-voltage coil is a cylindrical multi-layer tower, made of polyester enameled wire and high voltage insulation material wound around it. The low-voltage coil is located outside, and the instrument coil is an independent winding, generally 100V. The shell is octagonal, and test transformers above 10KVA are equipped with movable iron wheels. It has the characteristics of light weight, small size, easy mobility, and excellent performance.

One Product Introduction

Dry type test transformers are suitable for on-site testing of power systems and various power users. They are small in size and convenient for various on-site tests.

II Product Features

Dry type test transformer is an improved product of Huading Power based on YD oil immersed test transformer. It introduces * technology, and the coil is vacuum cast with epoxy resin, which is small in size, lighter in weight, stable in performance, easy to carry, and effectively reduces leakage magnetic field, improves insulation strength and moisture resistance.
