Recently, the EMS system project (Phase I) of Yaseli (Taizhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., undertaken by Hangzhou Zeda Instrument Co., Ltd., has successfully passed the acceptance inspection.

This project adopts the pharmaceutical industry independently developed by Ze Da InstrumentEaseFactor monitoring systemBy comprehensively monitoring the environmental parameters of various experimental equipment such as production workshops, raw material warehouses, semi-finished product warehouses, finished product warehouses, as well as QC laboratory refrigerators, incubators, etc. in Yaseli Company, the goal of dynamically monitoring key environmental variables in the drug production process is achieved. This is achieved through the use of Ze Da InstrumentProvide computerized system validation services that comply with EU and US FDA standards.

During the implementation of the project, the engineering team of Ze Da Instrument overcame various difficulties such as tight time constraints, heavy tasks, high installation requirements, and strict third-party audits. Especially during the special period of severe epidemic prevention and control situation, they carried forward the spirit of fearlessness and courage to work hard, and continued to fight on the front line of the user site for many months. Eventually, they gained recognition from domestic and foreign experts and users and successfully achieved acceptance.

The successful acceptance of this project once again proves that the EaseFactor environmental monitoring system independently developed by Ze Da Instrument has reached the acceptance standards and requirements of multinational pharmaceutical enterprise owners in terms of technical level, and meets the regulatory requirements of the European Union and the US FDA in terms of compliance.
