The usage method of the heat collecting magnetic heating stirrer is as follows:
1. The power supply and cup of the heat collecting magnetic heating stirrer are ready. Open the stainless steel container lid, place the cup in the middle of the stainless steel container, add thermal oil or silicone oil to the stainless steel container to the appropriate height, and place the stirrer into the cup solution. Turn on the power switch and the indicator light will turn on. Rotate the speed potentiometer clockwise to increase the speed from slow to fast. Adjust to the required speed.
2. Open itConcentrated magnetic heating stirrerPower switch, after about 1 minute, the red digital display on the upper row of the instrument panel is 400, and the lower row is 0.0. After 30 seconds of rest, the upper row displays the current water temperature. Press the/SET button, and the upper row displays SP. Press the ▲ or ▼ button to make the lower row display the desired set temperature. Press the/SET button again, and the upper row displays ST. Press the/SET button again to return to the actual temperature displayed on the upper row. At this time, wait for a few seconds, and the smart meter will start to memorize.
If you want to change the parameters of the smart meter, such as resetting the temperature to a higher value (or if the original setting error is too large), you need to press the/SET key to reset the temperature to a higher value (or if the original setting error is too large). The upper row will display SP, press the ▲ or ▼ key to display the desired temperature in the lower row, and then press the/SET key to display ST in the upper row. If you still press the/SET key, the upper row will display the actual temperature. After holding down the/AT button for 20 seconds, the RUN light flashes and the instrument panel starts to self adjust. After two automatic cycles (referring to stopping heating when the temperature automatically rises to the set temperature and starting heating when it drops below the set temperature), the RUN light goes out and the instrument panel obtains a set of parameters that can overcome overheating and remain unchanged forever. Press the/SET key to display SP in the upper row, and press the ▲ or ▼ key to display the desired temperature in the lower row.
3. When heating, connect the temperature sensor probe, clamp the probe on the bracket, and move the bracket so that the temperature sensor probe is inserted into the solution by no less than 5 centimeters, but it cannot affect the stirrer.
