Therefore, due to some reasons, some treated water that originally did not meet the discharge standards may be mistakenly believed to be able to be discharged due to the slow response of the conductivity tank. How many tons of substandard wastewater will be injected into the Li River every year? In name, instruments are used to monitor wastewater discharge, but in reality, they are virtually non-existent and even worse. In today's environment where environmental protection is advocated, calibrating online conductivity meters is particularly important.Below are solutions to these three problems:
(1) At the beginning of this work, it was found that most of the electrodes had aged and the measured data was basically unreliable. It was recommended that the manufacturer replace them with new ones;
(2) Solution to the problem of excessive volume of the conductivity cell probe: remove the probe from the sewage ditch, wash it in a bucket, carefully remove the probe cover, and restore it to the size of a desktop conductivity meter conductivity cell;
(3) Solution to the problem of dirty conductivity cell probe: Gently wipe the restored conductivity cell probe clean with cotton, rinse with distilled water, and dry the test paper;
