Safe use and daily maintenance of high-temperature ovens

Safe use:

The oven should be placed in a clean and level indoor area, kept dry, well protected against moisture and dampness, and protected from corrosion.

There should be a certain amount of space for placing the oven, and it is recommended to have a distance of at least 1 meter from the wall on all four sides.

Before use, check the voltage. A smaller oven requires a voltage of 220V, while a larger oven requires a voltage of 380V (three-phase four wire). Install a power switch with sufficient capacity according to the power consumption of the oven, and select suitable power wires. The shell should also be grounded.

After the above work is ready, the test sample can be placed in the oven, then the power is connected, the oven switch is turned on, and the oven with a blower device must be turned on during the heating and constant temperature process. Otherwise, the temperature in the working room will be uneven and the heating element will be damaged over time. Then set the required temperature, and the oven is about to enter working mode.

The items to be baked should not be arranged too closely, and items should not be placed on the bottom (heat dissipation plate) of the oven to avoid affecting the hot air circulation. It is prohibited to bake flammable, explosive, volatile, and corrosive items.

After baking, cut off the power first, and then open the studio door. Remember not to touch the baked items directly with your hands. Use tools or insulated gloves to take the baked items to avoid burns.

7. The oven room should be cleaned regularly to keep the interior clean.

When using an oven, the set temperature should not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the oven. Please refer to the product nameplate for details.

Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Use a soft cloth to wipe the surface of the oven clean when commuting to and from work, to keep the oven surface clean and prevent paint peeling from affecting the appearance.

2. The oven should be regularly wiped to prevent corrosive substances from adhering to the inner liner, which may affect the service life of the oven.

3. The baked goods must not exceed the specified temperature of this machine.

4. Do not block the air ducts and vents to prevent normal circulation of hot air.

5. If you hear abnormal sounds during the baking process, stop working immediately and check the blower motor and impeller to avoid burning out.

6. After baking items at high temperatures, the main switch should not be turned off immediately. The blower switch should be turned on to dissipate the heat as soon as possible.

7. The electrical control box should be regularly inspected.
