Precautions for using the transformer DC resistance rapid tester

DC resistance rapid testerReplacing DC single and double arm bridge with high precision, portability, and fast testing is a test item used to test transformer windings. During the use of the transformer DC resistance rapid tester, in addition to strictly following electrical safety regulations and equipment testing procedures, special attention should also be paid to:

1. The test can only be conducted when the coil temperature is stable, and the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the transformer oil tank should not exceed 3 ℃;

2. Measurement should wait until the current stabilizes before counting, otherwise it may affect the test results and result in errors.

3. Try to minimize the contact resistance of wires in the test circuit, or poor contact caused by oil film, and switch tests many times to avoid affecting the test data.

When measuring the low voltage side of a transformer, all on-site personnel should maintain a safe distance from the high voltage side.

5. Pay attention to using the correct methods for transporting and storing instruments. If transportation requires shock resistance, storage should be done in a dry, non direct sunlight environment.
