Ultrapure Water SystemMainly used for central water supply systems for semiconductor rinsing water, optical lenses, high-purity quartz, crystal sand, nano biomaterials, ultrasonic cleaning, steel enterprises, universities, and research institutions.
Pre startup inspection and precautions:
1. There should be no sources of fire or any heating elements near the equipment.
2. Check if the water source pressure is sufficient. When the water source pressure is less than 0.12Mpa and the flow rate is less than 3T/H, the first stage pump will repeatedly start stop start phenomenon during the operation of this machine. At this time, it is necessary to stop using it to prevent the motor from burning out.
3. After repairing and reconnecting the power cord, please check that the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation direction marked on the pump, otherwise it will damage the water pump.
4. Check if there are any abnormalities in the valves and pipelines of the equipment. Only when there are no problems can the machine be turned on.
Water production operation switch:
1. After replacing the medium and activated carbon, turn on the machine and set the switch of the raw water booster pump to the automatic position. Connect the water source and power supply, and when the pressure at the multi-stage pump port reaches the set value of the pressure controller, the multi-stage pump will start working. After the multi-stage pump is started, the system should be flushed for 90 seconds (the reverse osmosis element should contain protective liquid, and the flushing should be completed within 90 seconds). Adjust the pressure regulating valve of the reverse osmosis membrane element system to maintain the reverse osmosis membrane pressure between 0.8-1.3MPa.
2. Power on: Turn the raw water pump switch on the control panel to the automatic position. Turn on the shutdown switch, connect the water source and power supply. When the water pressure reaches the set value of the pressure controller, the equipment will automatically start working.
3. Shutdown: Press the shutdown switch to shut down.
