Phosphine detectorDetection sequence homework operation process

  Phosphine detectorHomework operation process:

1. Power on: Press the "ON" button lightly until the LCD screen lights up and the device is turned on. After turning on, the phosphine detector automatically enters the preheating state, accompanied by a scrolling display. After a moment, the instrument enters the normal working state, and the work light flashes. (Note: Due to differences in product specifications, models, manufacturing time, and software versions of this phosphine detector, the screen display and other information may also vary.)

2. Zero calibration: The phosphine detector has undergone hardware zero calibration at the factory. If there is a small range drift during use, it can be automatically calibrated through a microcontroller program. When turned on in a fresh air environment and the LCD display is "not working", the instrument cannot be automatically zeroed. You can adjust the fine adjustment potentiometer on the right side of the instrument.

After the above steps are completed, the instrument enters the working state. When the phosphine detector detects, the person stands in the upwind direction, and the instrument's air outlet is aligned with the downwind direction. Then, the sampling tube is connected to the gas nozzle for remote sampling. The measured gas is sent to the sensor to display the phosphine concentration value.

4. Detection sequence: In principle, low concentration points should be measured first, followed by high concentration points during detection. During continuous testing, do not turn off the device after each point has been tested. After the entire inspection is completed, the detector should not be turned off immediately. It should be extended for more than ten minutes to allow the residual gas inside the machine to be released.

5. Shutdown: After the phosphine detector completes the detection, press and hold the shutdown button for about 10 seconds until the LCD display shows "OFF". Release the button to shut down.

6. Battery undervoltage: When the instrument is under voltage, the undervoltage light of the instrument flashes, and the battery symbol in the upper right corner of the LCD screen is empty. When this phenomenon occurs, it indicates that the instrument is under voltage and the measured data is inaccurate. It should be charged in a timely manner.
