PIRTEK has expanded its presence in South Florida with a new location in Palm Beach. Earlier this month, shop owner Sam Belin opened PIRTEK Palm Beach, equipped with three technicians and two mobile service vehicles. He plans to add a third car within a few months.
PIRTEK is a similar product in the United States, providing alternative sales and services for hydraulic and industrial hoses. In the United States, there are 65 PIRTEK franchise companies and a large number of mobile service vehicles. Within its scope, PIRTEK has over 400 locations and 2000 mobile service vehicles in 23 countries. Palm Beach marks the 11th location of PIRTEK in Florida.
Belin started his franchise under PIRTEK's new Tier 2 model, which the company launched last year. In the standard first level mode, franchisees operate a complete service and supply center with 6 team members and at least two mobile service vehicles. On the other hand, the Tier 2 model allows franchisees to store inventory in a small warehouse or storage facility and lease two cars at a lower entrance.
The franchisees on the second level will enjoy the same administrative support and training as the first level owners, and are expected to have a fully staffed and equipped service and supply center within three years. Every new motor vehicle in the fleet expands the exclusive territory of franchisees.
Belin is a resident of Cocoa Beach. He holds an MBA degree from Loyola University Maryland and has worked in the corporate world for 30 years, including 15 years in sales. When he was interviewed for a job at the company headquarters in Rockledge, Florida, he became a PIRTEK franchisee.
The enterprises and industries he plans to engage in include heavy equipment leasing, recycling, automobile recycling, scrap metal, injection molding, construction, and dismantling. We also have a large number of golf courses here, "Belin said. They are smaller customers, but when there are many customers, there are also many demands
Other potential clients Belin plans to approach are the municipal authorities and railway companies. In addition, he will also seek business in the surrounding agricultural sector, including the width of sugar and citrus.
