All customer orders and intended purchase orders are strictly processed in a timely manner, including order placement, scheduling, ordering, and shipping. As of 16:00 on April 18, 2025, 85.91% of orders have been successfully delivered or entered the shipping process. For the remaining futures orders, we will also ensure that they can be shipped gradually based on the supply plans of each manufacturer. For a large number of extremely scarce goods, we still accept orders and intention to purchase orders based on annual agreements or normal period prices. We solemnly promise that the prices of all unshipped futures orders and intended purchase orders that have been converted into formal orders will remain unchanged and will not be adjusted in any way. We are well aware of the importance of price stability for our customers, and please rest assured to receive the goods.

In special circumstances, be responsible until the end

Faced with the complex market situation, we uphold a responsible attitude towards our customers and objectively evaluate the intended purchase orders. Based on the information of material shortage, we have to politely decline some of the intended purchase orders. Among the received intention purchase orders, there are intention orders with an amount of less than 100000 yuan that need to be refunded due to special circumstances. We have notified the relevant customers immediately and the full refund has been completed. Although the refund amount is less than 1%, we still deeply apologize for this. This incident also inspires us to continuously strive and improve our service level to better meet customer needs.
