Wuhan recently issued the "Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Cultivation of R&D Enterprises and Promoting the Industrialization of R&D (2025-2027)", which plans to cultivate more than 300 R&D enterprises, establish 30 concept validation centers and 200 pilot platforms by 2027, and systematically promote the industrialization of R&D achievements through a series of measures such as funding support, platform construction, talent attraction, and open application scenarios.
