1. Turn on the power, the homogenizer starts working, slowly open the pressure chamber exhaust valve until all the gas in the pressure chamber is exhausted, then close the exhaust valve and slowly rotate the pressurization handle. When the pressure indicator needle rises to 10MP, stop pressurization and observe if it is normal. The pressure should be controlled between 10MP and 15MP.
2. It is necessary to regularly check whether the pressure indicator is at the specified position, check whether the cooling water is normal, touch the body with your hand, and feel whether the body temperature is normal. If you find that the body temperature rises too quickly or feels hot, stop the machine immediately.

1. The transmission box should be drained once. Check the wear of the pressure chamber pressure rod and seat, and replace them if necessary.
2. Replace the lubricating oil inside the gearbox once.

1. Open the transmission box and clean the oil stains on the box wall once.
2. Check the wear condition of the connecting rod bearing, crankshaft, and bearings, and replace them if necessary.
