1. After each test is completed, the drop arm must be lowered to prevent the spring from being deformed due to prolonged resetting of the drop arm, which may affect the test results. Before each drop, please stop rotating the reset motor before pressing the drop button

After the installation of the new biplane drop test machine at the factory, appropriate low concentration engine oil must be added to the sliding circular rod. It is strictly prohibited to add rust proof oil or high concentration engine oil, as well as to accumulate corrosive oils

3. If there is too much dust on the oiling area after a long time, please lower the machine to a lower position, wipe the previous oil, and then re oiling the machine

4. The drop testing machine is an impact force mechanical equipment. When the new machine is used for more than 500 times, all screws must be tightened to avoid failure

5. The lifting shaft and chain of the testing machine need to be lubricated regularly

6. The gearbox should change the oil supply every six months

7. All power sources should be cut off when not working to ensure the cleanliness of the lifting shaft

8. Non operators are not allowed to operate this drop testing machine arbitrarily
