The sampling port elevation, "0 water level" line, and sampling port spacing of the water level balance container should be correct.
2. Except for the exposed part of the top of the balance container used for condensing steam, the rest should have good insulation.
3. The sampling port of the balance container should be selected reasonably. The height of the sampling port of the center tap compensation type water level balance container should meet the design requirements.
4. The connecting pipe between the balance vessel and the pressure vessel should have a sufficiently large flow cross-section, and its exterior should be insulated. A valve should be installed horizontally to prevent the accumulation of bubbles inside from affecting the measurement.
5. When connecting the balance container to the drainage pipe of the boiler downcomer, a valve should be installed and an appropriate expansion bend should be provided.
