HGF100 series gear flowmeter

As a volumetric flowmeter with high measurement accuracy, gear flowmeter utilizes the large pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the measuring chamber to drive a pair of gears located inside the measuring chamber to mesh and calculate the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative amount of fluid per unit time in the pipeline.
This product has an excellent wide range ratio (1:100), combined with a resolution of up to 10-16P/rpm, which can accurately capture small flow rate changes. Its medium measurement temperature range covers -196 ℃ to 180 ℃, suitable for low corrosive liquids such as water and oil without impurities. It is also capable of measuring high viscosity media such as syrup, asphalt, and honey (up to about 200000 MPa. s). In terms of performance, the product provides high accuracy of ± 0.5% readings and excellent repeatability of 0.1%, ensuring stable and reliable data. In addition, it also supports multiple signal output methods such as pulse, analog, RS-485, and Hart, which can flexibly adapt to various industrial automation control systems and meet diverse application needs under complex working conditions.
HK-SF miniature electromagnetic flowmeter

The HFSF10 miniature electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductive liquid flows through the sensor, the charged particles in the liquid move in the magnetic field. The sensor sends the detected voltage signal to the processor of the flowmeter, which calculates the flow rate based on the magnitude of the voltage and the characteristics of the liquid, such as conductivity.
The HK-SF miniature electromagnetic flowmeter adopts a non-invasive measurement principle, which does not require direct contact with the fluid and does not require straight pipe sections at the front and rear. It is easy to install and does not affect the fluid flow state. The lower limit of flow rate measurement can be as low as 5 millimeters per second, with a wide range ratio, which can meet the precise measurement requirements at extremely low flow rates. The product has a high measurement accuracy of ± 0.5% reading value and supports multiple signal output modes such as pulse, analog, and RS-485, making it easy for system integration. In terms of structural design, the electrode is integrated with PEEK lining material, endowing the product with excellent corrosion resistance and suitable for flow measurement of corrosive fluids. In addition, the instrument has built-in air traffic control alarm and excitation alarm functions, which can monitor the working condition status in real time and provide reliable guarantee for process control.
HK temperature flow integrated turbine flowmeter

The temperature flow integrated turbine flowmeter is an intelligent flow measurement instrument that integrates a turbine flowmeter and a temperature sensor, and has precise measurement functions for both flow and temperature. It takes the turbine structure as its core, and when the measured fluid flows through the sensor, it drives the turbine blades to rotate. By detecting the change in turbine speed, the flow data is converted. At the same time, with the help of the built-in high-precision temperature sensor, the fluid temperature is monitored in real time, and the dual measurement results of flow rate and temperature can be synchronously output.
This product integrates temperature and flow dual parameter synchronous measurement function, suitable for a wide range of media, and can flexibly adapt to various industrial fluid working conditions. Its range ratio covers 10:1 to 20:1, which can meet the measurement needs of different flow ranges. At the same time, it has a built-in temperature compensation algorithm to effectively improve data accuracy, ensuring flow accuracy of ± 1% and temperature accuracy of ± 0.2 ℃. The product supports pulse and 4-20mA signal output, making it easy to interface with various control systems; Compact in size and structure, especially suitable for equipment integration, providing stable and reliable measurement performance without occupying too much installation space.
