instrumentb2bDetailed explanation of the usage conditions and technical standards for transformers without partial discharge testing
  No partial discharge test transformerThere are two types, one is the inflatable non partial discharge test transformer, and the other is the epoxy bucket oil immersed non partial discharge test transformer. It is more difficult to make other test transformers without partial discharge.
With the rapid development of power technology, high-voltage partial discharge testing has become a necessary item for factory testing, non partial discharge testing, acceptance testing, and condition maintenance of various electrical equipment (such as cables, large transformers, transformers, GIS composite appliances, etc.). It is mainly used to test the insulation degree of various insulation materials, insulation structures, and electrical products that can withstand power frequency voltage. It is also used as a non partial discharge power supply for power frequency tests of transformers, transformers, lightning arresters, and other test samples. Widely used in electrical manufacturing departments, power operation departments, research institutions, and higher education institutions.
This set of equipment for non partial discharge test transformers is mainly used for power products with voltage levels below 35kV, such as transformers, power transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, cable accessories, etc., to conduct power frequency withstand voltage, partial discharge tests, and scientific research experiments.
Usage conditions:
Altitude: ≤ 2000m
Environmental temperature: -20 ℃ to+40 ℃
Relative humidity of air: ≤ 90% (25 ℃)
The waveform of the power supply voltage is an actual sine wave, with a waveform distortion rate of less than 3%
There is a reliable grounding point with a grounding resistance of less than 0.5 Ω
Installation location: Indoor
Technical standard for transformer without partial discharge test:
JB/T9641-1999 Test Transformer;
GB1094.1-1996 General Principles for Power Transformers *;
GB/T311.1-1997 Insulation and Coordination of High Voltage Transmission and Transformation Equipment;
GB/T16927.1-1997 High Voltage Test Techniques * Part General Test Requirements;
GB/T509-1991 Guidelines for Testing Power Transformers;
GB2536-1990 Transformer Oil;
JB8749-1998 General Technical Requirements for Voltage Regulators.
