instrumentb2bBriefly describe the classification and application of high-pressure homogenizers
1. High pressure homogenizers are divided into vertical integral homogenizers and horizontal combined homogenizers according to their structural forms. The former is generally suitable for small and medium-sized equipment (power below 45kw); The latter is suitable for large equipment (power above 45kw). At present, most domestic manufacturers produce vertical integral homogenizers. This type of structure is compact, aesthetically pleasing, and occupies a small area. But for large equipment, stability becomes the main issue. The so-called horizontal combination homogenizer refers to the relatively independent blocks of the motor, gearbox, crankcase, lubrication station, etc., which are distributed on the same horizontal plane and connected together through belts (wheels), couplings, oil pipes, etc. The whole machine has a low center of gravity, operates smoothly, and is easy to maintain.
2. High pressure homogenizers are divided into ordinary homogenizers and low-speed homogenizers according to the reciprocating frequency of the plunger per minute. The rotational speed of the homogenizer crankshaft (which determines the reciprocating frequency of the plunger year-on-year) is one of the most critical factors determining the overall performance of the machine. Under the same conditions of material, processing accuracy, structure, etc., the lower the rotational speed within a certain range, the lower the wear of each friction pair (such as shaft and tile, plunger and seal, etc.) in unit time, and the degree of damage to each stressed part (such as valve core, valve seat, etc.) in the pump body in the same time, and the stability of equipment operation is greatly improved. So this series is particularly suitable for situations where it is used for a long time.
3. High pressure homogenizers can be divided into manual control, manual hydraulic control, and automatic hydraulic control according to their control methods. Currently, manual control dominates the market. If the entire production line is automatically controlled, a fully automatic homogenizer can be selected.
4. High pressure homogenizers can be divided into upstream homogenizers and downstream homogenizers according to their position on the production line. The homogenizer commonly used before sterilization is called an upstream homogenizer, and the homogenizer used after sterilization is called a downstream homogenizer. Usually, a general homogenizer is sufficient for the former, while a sterile homogenizer is required for the latter. The so-called sterile homogenizer refers to isolating the leakage points of the dynamic seal at the plunger of the homogenizer and the static seal at the inlet and outlet from the atmosphere through steam (or superheated water). Such homogenizers can be used as sterile equipment after sterilization.
