instrumentb2bAutomatic testing instrument for abnormal frequency dielectric loss - the amount of abandoned water and electricity during flood season has increased, and the situation of abandoned wind and power restrictions continues to be alleviated

During the flood season, there has been an increase in the amount of abandoned hydropower and wind power, and the situation of power rationing continues to be alleviated

When introducing the operation of renewable energy grid connection, Liang Zhipeng said that the newly added hydropower grid connected capacity in China was 2.49 million kilowatts. As of the end of June, the total installed capacity of hydropower in China was about 340 million kilowatts (including 29 million kilowatts of pumped storage). The amount of abandoned water and electricity in the first half of the year was relatively small, but with the entry of this year's flood season, the amount of abandoned water and electricity in hydropower increased. From January to June, the total amount of abandoned hydropower in major river basins was about 3.85 billion kilowatt hours, of which 3.46 billion kilowatt hours were abandoned in June, accounting for 90% of the total amount of abandoned hydropower in the first half of the year, mainly occurring in the Dadu River Basin.

It is worth mentioning that the situation of wind and photovoltaic power consumption continues to improve, and the amount and rate of abandoned electricity have achieved a "double reduction". In the first half of the year, the total amount of wind power abandoned in China was 18.2 billion kilowatt hours, a year-on-year decrease of 5.3 billion kilowatt hours, with a wind power abandonment rate of 8.7%, a year-on-year decrease of 5 percentage points. Abandoned solar power was 3 billion kilowatt hours, a decrease of 700 million kilowatt hours year-on-year, with a curtailment rate of 3.6%, a decrease of 3.2 percentage points year-on-year. In the first half of the year, 18 provinces (regions, cities) did not have wind power curtailment restrictions, and 9 provinces had wind power curtailment rates below 5%. The only provinces (regions) with wind power curtailment rates exceeding 5% were Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Gansu, and Xinjiang; There are 22 provinces (regions, cities) that have not implemented curtailment and power restrictions, and 6 provinces (regions) have curtailment rates below 5%. Only Gansu, Xinjiang, and Shaanxi provinces (regions) have curtailment rates exceeding 5%.

According to Liang Zhipeng, the newly added grid connected installed capacity of wind power in China has exceeded 7.5 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of about 30%. In the first half of the year, the national wind power generation reached 191.7 billion kilowatt hours, a year-on-year increase of 28.7%; The average utilization hours were 1143 hours, an increase of 159 hours year-on-year; The amount of abandoned wind power was 18.2 billion kilowatt hours, a decrease of 5.3 billion kilowatt hours compared to the same period last year, and the overall situation of abandoned wind and power restrictions continues to be alleviated.

From the perspective of the layout of newly added grid connected capacity, the Northeast, Inner Mongolia, and Northwest regions, which have greater difficulties in wind power consumption, have added a total of 2.75 million kilowatts of grid connected wind power capacity, accounting for 35% of the country's newly added wind power grid connected capacity; The remaining wind power is connected to the grid in areas with high electricity demand, accounting for 65%. The layout of newly added grid connected wind power installations is more in line with electricity demand. In the first half of the year, offshore wind power added 157000 kilowatts of grid connected capacity. As of the end of June, the cumulative grid connected installed capacity of offshore wind power was 2.7 million kilowatts, mainly concentrated in Shanghai (300000 kilowatts), Jiangsu (2.25 million kilowatts), and Fujian (140000 kilowatts) in East China.

Meanwhile, in the first half of the year, the newly installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation was 24.3 million kilowatts, of which 12.06 million kilowatts were photovoltaic power stations, a year-on-year decrease of 30%; Distributed photovoltaic power generation added 12.24 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 72%. By the end of June, the installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation in China reached 154.5 million kilowatts, including 112.6 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power stations and 41.9 million kilowatts of distributed photovoltaic power generation.

From the perspective of new photovoltaic installation layout, the newly installed capacity in East China is 6.218 million kilowatts, accounting for 25.6% of the national total; The newly installed capacity in Central China is 3.878 million kilowatts, accounting for 15.9% of the national total; The newly installed capacity in the northwest region is 4.12 million kilowatts. Distributed photovoltaic power generation continues to maintain rapid growth. In the first half of this year, the four provinces of Shandong, Zhejiang, Henan, and Jiangsu all added more than 1 million kilowatts of distributed photovoltaic power generation installed capacity, accounting for 52.6% of the country's total.
