Magnetic electric speed sensorIt is to use a rotating body to change the magnetic circuit, causing the magnetic flux to change, thereby inducing voltage in its coil. If the speed is slow, the rotating body changes the magnetic circuit slowly, and the change in magnetic flux is also slow, the induced voltage will be very small, and the speed cannot be measured correctly.

When measuring vibration, the magneto electric speed sensor is fixed or tightly pressed against the measured system. The magnetic steel 4 and the housing 2 vibrate together with the vibration of the measured system. The coil 5 and damping ring 3 installed on the core shaft 6 form the mass block of the inertial system and move in the magnetic field. Spring plate 1 has a high radial stiffness and a low axial stiffness, ensuring reliable radial support and low axial natural frequency for the inertial system. On the one hand, damping rings can increase the mass of the inertial system, reduce the natural frequency, and on the other hand, the damping force generated by the motion in the magnetic field makes the vibration system have reasonable damping.
Magnetic electric speed sensorfeature
1. Good low-frequency characteristics and wide frequency range
2. There are two testing directions: horizontal and vertical
3. Simplify testing and directly connect to display processing instruments
4. Equipped with low-frequency compensation circuit, capable of testing extremely low frequencies and small signals
Magnetic electric speed sensorAdvantages:
No external power supply is required, and the output signal can be transmitted over long distances without conditioning or amplification. This is very convenient for long-term monitoring and can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, and water vapor.
Disadvantages of magneto electric vibration velocity sensors:
Due to the presence of mechanical moving parts in magneto electric vibration velocity sensors, which vibrate at the same frequency as the measured system, the measurement upper limit of the sensor is not limited, and its fatigue limit results in a relatively short lifespan of the sensor. In long-term continuous measurement, the lifespan of the sensor must be considered, and it is required that the lifespan of the sensor be greater than the maintenance cycle of the measured object.
BesidesMagnetic electric speed sensorIt has bidirectional conversion characteristics, and its inverse conversion effect can be used to form force (moment) generators and electromagnetic exciters. According to this principle, two structural types can be designed: variable flux and constant flux, to form a magneto electric sensor for measuring linear velocity or angular velocity. The following figure shows the variable magnetic formula structure used for measuring rotational angular velocity and vibration velocity, respectively.
