instrumentb2bAnalysis of structural characteristics of instrument insulation protection box

Instrument insulation protection box is an insulation and protection device used for on-site installation of primary instruments or transmitters, and is an important way for on-site installation of primary instruments or transmitters.

The instrument insulation protection box is an improved equipment that absorbs the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It can be widely used in industries such as power, chemical, metallurgical, petroleum, and building materials, and has received unanimous welcome and praise from users and installation units.
The frame of the instrument insulation protection box is made of cold-rolled steel plate bent and welded, with a material thickness of ≮ 2.5mm. The insulation box uses 2.5mm thick flame-retardant, lightweight, hydrophobic, and low thermal conductivity centrifugal ultra-fine glass wool as the insulation layer, and the inner lining is made of embossed aluminum plate.
The instrument insulation protection box is a self-supporting structure installed vertically on the ground. Has sufficient strength to withstand certain mechanical, electrical, and thermal stresses. The instrument insulation protection box (transmitter cabinet) adopts a tilted rainproof top cover structure, and a sealing strip is installed between the door and the box body. The sealing strip is of excellent quality and the installation process is good, suitable for outdoor installation and use. The outer surface should be free of welding joints, rivets, or bolt heads on the outside, and the entire outer surface should be straight and smooth.
The instrument insulation protection box is equipped with a Φ 60 seamless steel pipe as the installation bracket for the transmitter. The transmitter on the installation bracket can move up, down, left, and right freely during installation to meet the needs of on-site transmitter and pressure pipe construction installation and adjustment. Horizontal setting of transmitter installation pipe.
The instrument insulation box adopts electric heating method and is equipped with heating, insulation and temperature control system to control and ensure that the temperature inside the box remains within the set (adjustable) range of 10 ℃± 2 ℃. The heating element is equipped with a protective cover.
The instrument insulation protection box is equipped with internal lighting, maintenance sockets, and grounding devices.
The inside and outside of the instrument insulation protection box are treated with acid washing, thermal phosphating, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature curing, and outdoor powder is used. The coating has good adhesion. There is no significant color difference in the coating of the same batch of instrument insulation protection boxes. The outer surface coating should be uniform, firm, and free of defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, scratches, peeling, hammer marks, and repair brush marks. All metal parts and fasteners used should be galvanized. The coating should be firm, free from rust, peeling, and flaking. Anti loosening devices are installed at each fastening point.
