At present, automated equipment for water quality monitoring in the water treatment industry has become quite popular, as environmental protection countries have high standards for environmental wastewater discharge. At the same time, real-time monitoring is already implemented in industrial operations and production. However, these online monitoring devices require the installation of an additional accessory container, connected to the main medium pipeline of the medium, to solve the problem of measuring in a sealed environment, such as pure water measurement.
Online pH meter
conductivity meterWhen installing the dissolved oxygen meter electrode, the electrode needs to be measured in a sealed environment to obtain accurate values, otherwise the contact between the medium and air can affect the measurement results.
When measuring data in a sealed environment, it is necessary to use a flow-through installation for precise measurement. The flow-through pool is installed with water inlet from the bottom and drainage from the top. Due to gravity, the medium in contact with the electrode is isolated from the outside in the flow-through pool, which can prevent the electrode from coming into contact with the outside air during measurement. External disturbances can affect the final accurate results of various data measurements.
The specific implementation method is further explained below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings for this utility model.
Installation steps
① Drill a hole with a diameter of 17mm on the installation disk;
② Thread the outlet connector of the electrode through the hole;
③ Tighten the electrode on the other end of the disc by tightening the nut;
④ Connect the inlet and outlet pipes, and connect a 8mm diameter hose (inner diameter) or weld a 10mm diameter stainless steel pipe directly to the inlet. The connection method of the drainage outlet is the same as that of the water inlet.
