Analysis of the reasons why the speed of TDL-5B high-capacity desktop low-speed centrifuge cannot reach the set value:
1. Power circuit malfunction. Firstly, inspect and repair vulnerable components such as power cords, sockets, plugs, resistors, relays, etc. Then, check the circuit, air switch, rectifier, filter, transformer after the switch power supply, up to the motor section.
2. Motor malfunction itself. Electric motors are one of the main components of centrifuges, which are divided into carbon brush motors and brushless motors. The centrifuge is equipped with a carbon brush motor, while most motors nowadays are brushless motors. If the motor speed cannot reach the set speed, first check the bearings, replace them when necessary, and maintain them when necessary (such as adding lubricating oil and cleaning). Then, check whether the commutator and brush of the motor match, whether the brush wear is severe, and whether replacement is needed.
3. The speed control part is faulty. The speed control system has an integrated chip that ensures the safe and accurate operation of the centrifuge. If the speed fault is resolved, the chip or control panel can be replaced.
