1. Instructions for using sleeve covers and foot switches
Entering the workspace: Select the air path button, insert bare hands deep into the sleeve, press the foot switch to remove the air inside the sleeve until the arm feels tight. Press the foot switch to flush nitrogen gas to an appropriate amount. Adjust the air path button to the middle. Rotate the sealing cover button counterclockwise until it becomes loose, grasp the horizontal bar of the sealing cover and rotate it to a horizontal position. Gently push it inward to open the sealing cover, and slowly reach out to place the sealing cover on the brackets on both sides of the working chamber.
Close the sealing cover: Slowly reach out and remove the sealing cover. Align the horizontal bar with the sleeve operating port and gently pull it outward. Rotate it to a vertical position, release the horizontal bar, and rotate the sealing cover button clockwise. Be careful not to tighten it too tightly. After confirming that the working chamber is sealed, remove the arm.
2. Instructions for using the petri dish transfer warehouse
Anaerobic WorkstationAll external items must go through the transfer warehouse and be cleaned by suction before entering the working chamber;
Place the sample: visually confirm that the transfer chamber door is closed. Push the button on the transfer bin cover inward to open the lid, place the sample rack and sample, and close the lid tightly. Press the LOCK foot switch to clean the transfer compartment. At this time, the indicator light will turn on, and after 10 seconds, the indicator light will turn off. Open the transfer chamber door through sleeve operation, take out the sample and place it in the working chamber.
Take out the sample: Confirm that the external transfer chamber cover is tightly closed, press the LOCK foot switch to clean the transfer chamber, open the inner door of the transfer chamber through sleeve operation, and transfer the sample into the transfer chamber. Close the inner door and open the transfer bin cover to retrieve the sample. Keep a good record of instrument usage.
