Achieving New Achievements | Several Newly Established Hospitals Launch Ze Da Instrument Cold Chain Monitoring System

Recently, Hangzhou Rehabilitation Hospital (Xiasha Campus of Hangzhou First People's Hospital) and Zhejiang University School of Medicine Affiliated Mental Health Center (Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital) Zhejiang West Campus have been put into use successively. To strengthen drug quality management and improve the level of medical services, we have specially introduced our cold chain monitoring system. The system has been installed and put into use in key areas such as the pharmacy, pharmacy, ward, laboratory, and pharmacy.

As of now, the hospital cold chain monitoring system independently developed by Ze Da Instrument has more than 500 users, with project cases in major cities across all provinces in China, covering over 200 medical institutions at all levels in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, and more than 50 customers in tertiary hospitals. The cold chain monitoring system has multiple functions such as online monitoring, real-time alarm, refrigerator operation status monitoring, online inspection, and report export. It can continuously monitor environmental parameters, cold storage, refrigerators, carbon dioxide incubators, liquid nitrogen tanks, and other cold chain facilities in various areas around the clock. Once abnormal temperature or equipment operation is detected, it will immediately alert relevant personnel through various forms for timely handling. The system meets the relevant requirements of GxP regulations for drugs and medical devices, complies with ISO15189 standards, and has helped hundreds of hospitals across the country successfully pass the level hospital evaluation review.

By monitoring temperature in real-time, it is possible to effectively prevent quality damage to drugs and medical supplies during storage and use. This is crucial for ensuring the treatment effectiveness and life safety of patients. By accurately recording and tracing temperature, the efficiency and accuracy of hospital work can be greatly improved. This will help reduce the occurrence of medical accidents, improve the overall service level of hospitals, and provide more intelligent and efficient cold chain management services for hospitals.

Hangzhou Rehabilitation Hospital has adopted the integrated operation of "one hospital and five districts" of Hangzhou First People's Hospital, implementing high standard homogeneous management. Zhejiang University School of Medicine Affiliated Mental Health Center (Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital) Zhejiang West Campus

Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital was founded in 1954. It is the Mental Health Center of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Hangzhou Clinical College of Mental Health of Anhui Medical University, a teaching hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Zhejiang Business University, Anhui Medical University, and Hangzhou Normal University, and a psychiatric appraisal hospital in Zhejiang Province. The Zhejiang West Branch is located in Shouchang Town and will adopt an integrated construction model of "one family", "one game of chess", and "one account" as the principles of the two institutes and districts.
