In order to further improve the quality of the company's products and strengthen the quality awareness of all employees, Baiheng Technology organized a summary meeting of the March Quality Month activity with the theme of "Baihe, Tongxin" on April 17, 2025.
This event will fully integrate the 6S management standards (organization, rectification, cleaning, cleanliness, literacy, safety) into the quality control system, covering the entire process of research and development, production, quality inspection, sales, and after-sales service. Through 6S standardized management, problem investigation, rectification optimization, and recognition of excellence, the company's quality management level will be pushed to a new level.
1、 Comprehensive investigation and precise rectification
The core goal of this Quality Month activity is to improve the quality of the company's core products (PCR machines, nucleic acid extraction machines, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) machines, etc.). Various departments were organized to conduct a systematic analysis of the entire process of research and development design, production assembly, and after-sales maintenance. Multiple optimization points with room for improvement were identified, laying a solid foundation for achieving continuous improvement in product quality.
2、 All staff participate and jointly build a quality defense line
This activity fully mobilized the enthusiasm of employees, and various departments submitted quality improvement suggestions, many of which were adopted and implemented. Through various forms, employees' quality awareness and operational standardization have significantly improved.
