4. Barometer

4.1.Purpose: This barometer is used to measure the pressure inside the box. This barometer has the following two functions.

  • It can measure the pressure inside the box in real time. If the pressure inside the box increases, the liquid level in the thin tube of the pressure gauge will decrease. By measuring the difference between the inner and outer liquid levels, the pressure inside can be determined.
  • It can prevent the box pressure from being too high. If the pressure is too high, the gas will be discharged outside the box.
  • Water addition steps: Use a pipette or other equipment to add distilled water to the pressure gauge, with a liquid level of 2-3 inches. The water line on the pressure gauge also needs to be filled with water, which can be injected from the top of the pressure.

5. Catalyst

5.1Catalysts are used to drive away and neutralize oxygen inside the tank, and both catalysts contain palladium particles.

  1. The catalyst remains inside the box, while the other one needs to be replaced regularly
  2. The chemical agent is installed on the left wall inside the box.
  3. You can use it every day160High temperature activates the catalyst, with a time of approximately90Minutes to 2 hours, or can be placed before use160Activated in an oven at ℃.

6. Control temperature setting and safety temperature setting

6.1Set control temperature

To set the temperature control of the incubator, you can use the up/down button. To enter the setting mode, press the up or down button once, and the digital display will start flashing. The displayed value is the previously set temperature value. Use the up or down button to adjust the value to the desired value. If no key is pressed within 5 seconds, the instrument will display the actual temperature. Attention: At this time, the temperature safety device should be adjusted to the maximum value, that is, clockwise to the maximum value. If you want to calibrate the temperature of the incubator, you must wait for the temperature to stabilize24It will be done in hours. Section 9 of the specific method states that the box was shipped from the factory under37Corrected at ℃.
