Working Principle:
1. Friction and compression crushing:
The mortar rotates at a certain speed, and the pestle is located at the eccentric position of the mortar. The sample is poured into the crushing zone between the mortar and pestle through the feeding window, and is crushed under the squeezing and friction between the inner surface of the mortar and pestle. At the same time, the scraper at the bottom of the mortar ensures that the sample is fully crushed during each grinding cycle, ensuring uniformity.
2. Circular motion design:
The sample moves inward along the direction of motion of the mortar, and after touching the scraper plate, some of the samples gather on the upper and lower contact surfaces between the mortar and the mortar, while the other part enters the rear contact surface. This cyclic motion avoids grinding dead corners and ensures that all sample particles are processed.
3. Pressure regulation mechanism:
Mortal and pestle pressure: Adjust the axial pressure of the mortar and pestle through a ruler to adapt to samples of different hardness.
Scraper plate pressure: Adjust the pressure of the scraper plate on the sample through a knob to further optimize the crushing effect.
