Zhongke Aerospace Robotics has developed a targeted hook removal robot based on on-site experience, achieving unmanned, visualized, and intelligent operation of the entire process of hook removal, positive hook removal, and double hook removal. It can adapt to C60-C80 mixed open car operations and has daytime and nighttime operation functions. Through continuous technological innovation and improved product performance, it has been successfully applied at customer sites.
The hook removal device will communicate with the derailleur and the central control room, and complete the motion control and collision warning between the hook removal device and the derailleur through sensors and communication systems. Due to the different hook positions corresponding to different types of carriages, the robot recognizes the corresponding models of different carriages through the end vision system, and then the visual industrial computer feeds back the information to the robot. Finally, the robot can accurately determine the position of hooks in different carriages and prepare for the next hook removal process. The unhooking robot can automatically interlock the unhooking robot, the upright hook robot, the rebooking robot, and the overturning machine program to achieve stable operation, safety and reliability, and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
Work efficiency analysis: The current dump truck unloads 15 times per hour, with an average unloading time of 4 minutes. After using a robot to remove the hook, each cycle of flipping and unloading can save 20 seconds of time, and it can be flipped and unloaded 16 times per hour.
Analysis of labor costs: Generally, 3 people are set up, with 1 person for unhooking+upright hook, 1 person for re hooking+upright hook, and 1 person for inspection. Considering 4 shifts, 12 people are required to complete the unhooking operation. Using robots for operation only requires 1 person for inspection, which can save 8 people.
