Project Background:Demonstration case of intelligent management system for coal yard of Guoneng Group

Project Overview:(1) The intelligent management system for circular coal yards adopts various advanced technologies such as precise positioning of stacker reclaimers, laser modeling, and digital twins. It mainly consists of 3D real-time inventory of coal yards, safety monitoring of coal yards, precise positioning of stacker reclaimers, automatic control and unmanned system of stacker reclaimers, safety anti-collision of stacker reclaimers, and digital coal yard management system.

(2) After the launch of the coal inventory system in intelligent management, there has been a significant improvement in time. Previously, it took more than an hour for old equipment to inventory coal at once, and the stacker reclaimer had to run together to inventory coal. With the new system, inventory coal can be completed within 10 minutes without running the stacker reclaimer equipment, and inventory data is more accurate than before.

(3) We have achieved the iterative upgrade of automation, digitization, and intelligence throughout the entire process of the coal yard, ensuring safe, economical, environmentally friendly, and efficient operation with minimal human intervention. This has also laid the foundation for the deep integration of power plants with other industries.
