Daily Maintenance and Troubleshooting Guide for Waste Liquid Treatment System
Date: 2025-09-16Read: 0
The waste liquid treatment system is a key facility for ensuring compliant production operations, and its stability and treatment efficiency directly affect environmental standards and operating costs. The following provides systematic guidance from two aspects: daily maintenance points, common faults, and troubleshooting methods.
1、 Core points of daily maintenance
Equipment inspection and cleaning
Daily inspection: Confirm that equipment such as water pumps, fans, and dosing pumps are operating without abnormal noise, that there are no leaks in pipelines, and that instrument display data is normal (such as flow rate, pH value, liquid level).
Weekly cleaning: Clean the impurities trapped on the surface of the grille, filter, and membrane components to avoid blockage; Perform sludge discharge operation on the aeration tank to prevent sludge from floating up.
Monthly maintenance: Check the flexibility of valve opening and closing, lubricate transmission components; Dust the electrical control system to prevent short circuits.
Key parameter monitoring
Water quality indicators: Daily monitoring of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and heavy metal content in incoming and outgoing water to ensure stable treatment effectiveness.
Equipment status: Record motor temperature and vibration frequency, and promptly shut down for maintenance when exceeding the standard. For example, if the bearing temperature exceeds 75 ℃, the lubricating oil should be replaced immediately.
Pharmaceutical inventory: Regularly check the inventory of coagulants, disinfectants, etc. to avoid processing interruptions caused by drug shortages.
Safety protection measures
Operators should wear protective gloves, goggles, and gas masks to avoid contact with corrosive waste liquids or inhalation of toxic gases.
Regularly inspect emergency valves, sprinkler systems, and firefighting equipment to ensure quick response in emergency situations.
2、 Common faults and troubleshooting methods
Decreased processing efficiency
Reason: Membrane component contamination, insufficient aeration, or excessive dosage of chemicals.
Processing: Chemical cleaning of membrane components (such as citric acid backwash); Adjust the frequency of the fan to increase the aeration rate; Optimize the drug ratio through small-scale experiments.
Abnormal shutdown of equipment
Reason: Overload protection triggered, power failure, or sensor malfunction.
Solution: Check the motor load and clean up blockages; Test the stability of power supply voltage; Calibrate or replace faulty sensors.
Sludge expansion or loss
Reason: Sudden change in inflow load, imbalanced nutrient ratio, or excessive proliferation of filamentous bacteria.
Treatment: Control the fluctuation of inflow flow and supplement nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients; Add sodium chlorate to inhibit filamentous bacteria.
pipe blockage
Reason: Suspended solids settling or scaling in the waste liquid.
Treatment: Use high-pressure water gun to flush the pipeline, or introduce dilute hydrochloric acid to dissolve inorganic salt deposits; Add a pre sedimentation tank in front of the grille.
