Dust online monitoring systemIt is an automated monitoring device for real-time and continuous monitoring of dust concentration in the environment. Compared with portable direct reading instruments, it has the advantages of 24-hour uninterrupted operation, automatic data uploading, remote monitoring, etc. It is widely used in industrial production, environmental supervision, mining and other scenarios.
System composition:
Sampling system: used to collect dust particles in the air, usually using high-efficiency filters or electronic adsorbers.
Sensor: Used to detect and measure the concentration or total amount of particulate matter, it is the core component of the system. There are various types of sensors, including laser scattering sensors, beta ray sensors, oscillating balance sensors, etc. Each sensor has its unique principles and applicable scenarios.
Signal processor: amplifies, filters, linearizes, and processes the signal output by the sensor to meet the input requirements of the data acquisition device.
Data acquisition equipment: converts the signal processed by the signal processor into a digital signal, and stores and transmits it.
Data processing and analysis software: Process and analyze the collected data, generate reports or charts for users to further analyze and make decisions.
Dust online monitoring systemDaily maintenance items:
Regular cleaning: Wipe the equipment casing and sampling port weekly, dismantle the sampling tube monthly to clean the internal dust accumulation, and avoid blockage that affects the sampling flow.
Consumables replacement: The filter membrane should be replaced every 1-2 months, the sampling pump filter element should be replaced every 6 months, and the backup battery capacity should be tested every 2-3 years.
System maintenance: Regularly check the signal strength of the communication module, update the monitoring platform software version, clean the dust on the internal cooling fan of the device, and prevent overheating faults.
