This online dust concentration sensor can directly read the mass concentration of dust particles in the air. This sensor is designed according to the enterprise standards of MT163-1997 "General Technical Conditions for Direct Reading Dust Concentration Measurement Instruments" and Q/320581SD001-2008 "GCG1000 Dust Concentration Sensor", as well as the ExibI explosion-proof design in GB3836.4-2000 standard. It uses the principle of light refraction to detect dust, and the microprocessor calculates the detection data to directly display the dust mass concentration and convert it into a data signal output for use in mine monitoring systems or other measurement and control systems. The sensor consists of a sampling head, a detection device, a microcontroller system, and an exhaust system. It has the characteristics of easy portability, fast and accurate measurement, high detection sensitivity, stable performance, and simple maintenance.
