Marble PCB drilling machine is a device used for PCB (printed circuit board) processing, mainly for accurate drilling on PCB boards.
The main function of the marble PCB drilling machine is to perform accurate drilling operations on the PCB board. This type of equipment typically has high precision and stability, and can meet the manufacturing needs of fields such as electronics, aerospace, and automotive.
The marble PCB drilling machine uses natural marble as the worktable and bed material, which ensures long-term stability and accuracy due to its high hardness, low coefficient of thermal expansion (less affected by temperature), uniform structure, and high compressive strength. The surface of the marble platform has undergone precision polishing treatment, which is wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and rust free, with a long service life. By fixing the PCB board with precision fixtures and combining it with a high rigidity marble base, the vibration and deformation during the drilling process are effectively reduced, ensuring the accuracy of the hole position. Can be adapted to different types of drill bits (such as hard alloy drill bits, diamond coated drill bits), suitable for various PCB drilling processes such as blind holes and buried holes.
Operation steps
Fixed stone: Fix the PCB board on the marble platform and use fixtures or rubber pads to ensure stability.
Pre drill a small hole: Use a small diameter drill bit to pre drill a guide hole at the marked position to help maintain accurate positioning.
Apply lubricant: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant to the surface of the drill bit and marble to reduce friction and heat.
Step by step drilling: Start drilling with a small diameter drill bit, gradually increase to the desired diameter, control the speed and pressure, and avoid excessive force.
Timed cooling: Regularly stop and rinse with water during the drilling process to maintain cooling in the drilling area and prevent marble from overheating and cracking.
