1. Safe operation:
Avoid collision and knocking of the glass kettle body to prevent breakage; Handle with care when installing or disassembling components.
During temperature control, it is necessary to slowly increase or decrease the temperature (especially after high-temperature operation) to avoid sudden cooling and heating that may cause glass breakage.
During vacuum operation, attention should be paid to the upper limit of the pressure resistance of the kettle body to prevent damage caused by excessive negative pressure.
2. Cleaning and maintenance:
Clean the kettle body promptly after the reaction is complete to avoid residual materials corroding the glass or contaminating the next experiment; Neutral detergent can be used, and scratching with hard brushes is prohibited.
Regularly inspect the sealing components of the mixing shaft to prevent leakage; If there is wear and tear, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
3. Media selection:
If the temperature exceeds 100 ℃ during heating, thermal oil should be used as the jacket medium to avoid boiling and pressure caused by water; At low temperatures, antifreeze media such as ethanol and acetone can be used.
