The phased array detection solution for small-diameter pipes adopts phased array technology combined with a dedicated chain link scanner, which can efficiently and quickly detect small-diameter pipes of different specifications

Features

The instrument is lightweight, only 2.7kg, with a large screen, suitable for on-site work, and more suitable for high-altitude operations

◆ It can achieve phased array full inspection of circumferential welds with pipe diameters ranging from 21mm to 219mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 4mm to 15mm

The height of the scanner (including encoder and wiring) is less than 12mm, and it can also scan places that are difficult to reach by hand

◆ Can achieve two phased array scanning modes: single-sided single-sided/single-sided double-sided

High detection accuracy, capable of identifying defects with a 0.5mm aperture

◆ Fast detection speed, capable of scanning on ferromagnetic and non ferromagnetic small tubes, and achieving automatic coupling monitoring

The scanning combination is lightweight and can be easily operated by one person

The instrument is equipped with a built-in weld seam model to visually determine the location of defects and improve detection efficiency
