1、 Introduction to ZNHW Intelligent Constant Temperature Electric Heating Sleeve:

The ZNHW electric heating sleeve is made of alkali free glass fiber as insulation material, with Cr20Ni80 alloy wire spring installed in it. It is insulated with a hemispherical insulation body formed by vacuum shaping with aluminum silicate cotton. The shell is injection molded in one go, and the upper cover adopts electrostatic spraying technology. Due to the use of spherical heating, the heating area of the container can reach more than 60%. The temperature control adopts a computer chip as the main control unit, multiple digital filtering circuits, fuzzy PID control algorithm, with high measurement accuracy, small temperature surge, single key touch operation, dual screen display, internal and external thermocouple temperature measurement, thyristor control output, 160-240V wide voltage power supply, and thermocouple breaking protection function. It has the characteristics of fast temperature rise, high temperature, easy operation, and durability. It is an instrument for temperature control and heating tests.

2、 The usage method of ZNHW intelligent constant temperature electric heating sleeve:

1. Insert a 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, the display window shows "K", and the setting window displays the word "400". This appliance is equipped with a K-type thermocouple, and the maximum control temperature is 400 ℃. After 3 seconds, the display window shows room temperature, and the setting window shows the last set temperature value.

2. Single key operation, press the set plus "▲" or set minus "▼" key without releasing it, to quickly set the desired heating temperature, such as 100 ℃. When the green light is on, it indicates heating, and when the green light is off, it indicates stopping. The microcomputer will determine the heating amount based on the temperature difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, ensuring that there is no temperature shock and that the heating is done in one go. It will also maintain a balance of supply and heat dissipation under a temperature difference of ± 1 ℃ between the set value and the displayed value, making the heating process easy to complete.

3. There is a rubber plug at the bottom left of the electric heating sleeve, which is used to protect the external thermocouple socket from corrosion and rust, and to conduct the internal wires. If unplugged, the internal probe will disconnect and the machine will stop working. If using an external thermocouple, the plug should be removed and stored. The external thermocouple plug should be inserted into the socket and the nut should be locked. Then, the stainless steel probe should be placed in the solution for temperature control and heating.

4. The electrical appliance is equipped with a break protection function. When the thermocouple connection is poor, the display window will show "1" or "hhhh" on the hundred level, and the green light will turn off. The appliance will stop heating and needs to be checked before use.

3、 Precautions for ZNHW type intelligent constant temperature electric heating sleeve:

1. The instrument should have a good grounding.

When used twice, white smoke and odor may appear inside the sleeve, and the color may change from white to brown and then back to white, which is a normal phenomenon. Due to the presence of oil and other compounds in the production process of fiberglass, it should be placed in a well ventilated place and can be used normally after a few minutes of disappearance.

When using an electric heating sleeve with a capacity of over 3.3000ml, there may be a creaking sound due to differences in the furnace wire structure and related to the controllable silicon voltage pulse signal. You can use it with confidence.

When liquid overflows into the sleeve, please quickly turn off the power, place the electric heating sleeve in a ventilated place, and wait for it to dry before use to avoid the danger of electric leakage or electrical short circuit.

When not in use for a long time, please store the electric heating sleeve in a dry and non corrosive gas place.

6. Please do not use empty heating or dry burning.

When the environmental humidity is relatively high, there may be induced electricity transmitted through the insulation layer to the shell. Please ground the wire and pay attention to ventilation.
