TOC injection bottle

In order to reduce costs, time and regulatory pressure for customers, and enable them to obtain accurate total organic carbon (TOC) testing data, Orbis has launched an ultra clean TOC sample bottle.
Application scope:
The Orbis TOC sample bottle is suitable for various key applications, including water quality testing for USP and EP; Environmental monitoring; Purified water, injection water, and clean validation testing in the pharmaceutical industry; Sampling and testing in the municipal drinking water industry.
Material
The Orbis TOC sample bottle gasket is produced using imported PTFE and silicone raw materials to ensure product stability and sample integrity. Each sample bottle can be designed with a dust cap to avoid potential contamination caused by laboratory errors.
Ultra clean:
The Orbis TOC sample bottle is produced in an ISO9001 quality control and 100000 level purification workshop, which adds many low TOC reagent water cleaning steps compared to ordinary conventional sample bottles. Therefore, the residual organic matter is very low and the cleanliness is extremely high. And each batch undergoes multiple rounds of sampling and testing to ensure that the total organic carbon (TOC) is below 10 ppb.
