Fully automatic embedding process

By controlling the heating, pressurization, holding, cooling, and unloading processes through a microcontroller program, unmanned operation of sample embedding can be achieved. The newly designed embedded heating and cooling structure reduces the single embedding time to 6 minutes, greatly improving work efficiency.

Multi link expansion capability

The host comes standard with one embedded unit, which can be expanded to connect 1-3 additional units. It supports processing multiple samples simultaneously, meeting the needs of batch testing.

Precise pressure control

Adopting an electric hydraulic system with a pressure adjustment range of 0-10MPa, it ensures that brittle specimens (such as ceramics and glass) are not easily broken during the embedding process.
