2.1 Connect the 380V, 50 Hz power supply (L1, L2, L3- live wire, N-neutral wire, E-ground wire), turn on the operation

Lighting switch, confirm that the fan and lighting are working properly. At this point, the air/cargo shower is in its initial state and personnel can perform normal operations

2.2 Entry Procedure:

When personnel entering the clean area open the outer door, the electric lock of the inner door automatically locks to prevent the flow of unpurified air into the clean area, and the lighting of the air shower room lights up

2.2.2 After entering the air shower room and closing the outer door, the voice prompt reads: "Hello, please stand in the sensing area". The infrared probe of the system starts to detect whether there is someone. If someone is detected, the system will immediately enter the air shower process

2.2.3 Before the air shower, the inner and outer doors are locked, the fan starts the air shower at high speed, and at the same time, the air shower starts timing. Voice prompt: "Working, please rotate your body 360 degrees"

2.2.4 If the system does not detect anyone in the air shower room within the specified time after the outer door is closed, the system will automatically unlock the inner and outer doors, return to standby mode, and the infrared will continue to detect. If someone is detected, the inner and outer doors will lock and the air shower room will start air shower

During the air shower process, if someone presses the up, down, or lighting switch, the voice will prompt: "Working, please do not touch the switch casually"

During the air shower process, if someone presses the emergency stop switch, the air shower will end. Press the emergency stop button again to cancel the emergency stop state

2.2.7 After the air shower is completed, the inner door is unlocked and the voice prompt reads: "The air shower is finished, please exit through the rear door"

2.2.8 After personnel exit the air shower room and close the inner door, the air shower starts at low wind speed and stops after 10 seconds to restore the original state, waiting for the next use

2.2.9 After the air shower is completed and the inner door is unlocked. The personnel inside did not leave the air shower room within the specified time, and the system defaults that the person may have left and automatically returns to standby mode

2.2.10 If the lighting is not triggered again within the specified time after being turned on, it will automatically turn off

2.3 Exit Procedure:

2.3.1 Open the inner door, the electric lock of the outer door locks automatically, and the lighting of the air shower room lights up,

2.3.2 People enter the air shower room, close the inner door, and the system begins to check if anyone is in the room. If no one is detected within the specified time, the inner and outer doors will be unlocked

2.3.3 If someone is detected, the system will wait for personnel to open the outer door and lock the inner door. When the outer door is closed, the system will return to its initial state

2.3.4 In case of special circumstances, personnel can choose to return to the clean area. The system will wait for personnel to open the inner door, and the outer door will be electrically locked. When the inner door is closed, the system will return to its initial state

2.3.5 If no one is detected within the specified time after the outer door is opened, the system will enter the clean area process if the outer door is opened first; If the inner door is opened first at this time, the system will enter the process of leaving the clean area

2.3.6 If the lighting is not triggered again within the specified time after being turned on, it will automatically turn off

3： Maintenance and upkeep of air/cargo shower room

3.1 Precautions:

3.1.1 After the air/cargo shower room is powered on, the two side doors are electronically interlocked. When one side door is not closed, it is strictly prohibited to forcefully open the other side door

When the cargo shower room is in the blowing state, it is strictly prohibited to open the door (until the blowing stops). In case of emergency, press the emergency stop switch to stop blowing and then open the door

After the shower is completed, it is strictly prohibited to forcefully open the front door

3.1.4 The air/cargo shower room shall be operated by a dedicated person. After the spray nozzle is positioned, non operators should not easily move it

During installation and use, the top pressure relief valve must not be sealed

3.2 Maintenance and upkeep:

3.2.1 Regularly wipe the air/cargo shower room to maintain internal cleanliness

3.2.2 It is recommended to replace the primary filter once a month, and the replacement cycle may be extended or shortened depending on actual usage

Explanation: To replace the primary filter, first remove the air intake panel at the bottom of the air shower room, pull out the primary filter from the frame, and replace the filter material The tool used is a 5-inch Phillips screwdriver

When the blowing speed significantly decreases, the filter needs to be replaced

Explanation: When replacing the filter, please remove the nozzle panel in the air shower room, then remove the pressure strip and replace the filter. The nozzle panel adopts a 5-inch cross screwdriver; The loading and unloading pressure strip uses a 14 inch open-end wrench

Attention: The filtering material is prone to damage, please pay extra attention

4： Common faults and their solutions

4.1 If there is an abnormality in the equipment, please conduct a self inspection according to the table below. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please promptly contact the production and after-sales service department for repair
