Before installing the purification workbench, it is necessary to determine the installation position of the workbench, keep the cleanroom dry and the environment clean. Moist air not only rusts the manufacturing materials but also affects the normal operation of electrical circuits. Moist air is also conducive to the growth of bacteria and mold. A clean environment can also extend the service life of the purification workbench. Items that are not directly related to clean room work must not be placed in order to maintain a sterile state. The air in the clean room should be isolated from the outside air, and the reserved ventilation ducts should be as sealed as possible. Ventilation ducts can be equipped with upper and lower ventilation windows, with a slightly larger window area and covered with 4 layers of gauze for simple dust filtration. After a day of work, windows can be opened for sufficient ventilation before being sealed.

Precautions for using the purification workbench

UV lamps can also be hung on the purification workbench, but they should be installed outside the lighting lampshade and arranged in parallel with the lighting fixtures, so as not to obstruct the lighting during operation. If the ultraviolet lamp is installed inside the lighting lampshade (glass plate), it is useless because ultraviolet rays cannot penetrate glass, and its lamp tube is made of quartz glass, not silicate glass. The air inlet of the purification workbench is at the bottom of the back or front, and there is an ordinary foam plastic sheet or non-woven cloth in the metal mesh cover to block large particles of dust. It should be checked and disassembled frequently.
