1. Structure:

2. After the box is in place, it needs to be stationary for 24 hours before it can be powered on. When the power supply voltage is unstable, a voltage regulator must be used. After the compressor stops working, it must be restarted at least 5 minutes to ensure the normal service life of the compressor.

3. The equipment must be firmly grounded and undergo insulation testing before operation to avoid the risk of electrical leakage.

4. The tilt angle during transportation should not exceed 45 degrees, and inversion is not allowed to avoid damaging the compressor refrigeration system.

(1) Is the set value of the temperature controller correct? The temperature controller is not outputting a signal.

(2) The temperature controller outputs a signal but the contactor does not operate. Replace the contactor.

(3) Check for refrigerant leakage. If refrigerant leakage occurs, please supplement F12/F406.

(4) The compressor is not working. Connect the compressor directly to the power supply. If it still does not work, it means that the thermal relay or compressor is burnt out and must be replaced.

3. The whole machine is not heated

(1) The temperature controller and contactor are burnt out and need to be replaced.

(2) The heating tube is burnt out, replace it with an electric heating element of the same power.
