1. Adjust the pressure gauge according to the test requirements of the specimen before use.

The method of adjustment is: there is an adjustment knob in the middle of the glass mask of the pressure gauge, and its upper and lower limits can be adjusted to the set value with the help of a Phillips screwdriver. Twist the upper limit pointer to the position specified for the test pressure, and the lower limit pointer to a position 0.05Mpa lower than the upper limit. This way, when the pressure reaches the required value (upper limit) during operation, the pressurization will automatically stop. When leakage or seepage causes the pressure to drop to a certain value (lower limit), the air pump automatically starts to supplement the pressure. For example, the test pressure requirement is 0.3Mpa. Set the upper limit pointer in the middle of the watch case to the 0.3 position on the dial, and then use a screwdriver to screw the lower limit pointer in the middle to the 0.25 position.

2. When using, first use an Allen wrench to loosen and remove the pressure rings of the three permeable disks, unscrew the cover of the water inlet, then close the drain valve tightly, slowly inject clean water from the water inlet to 2/3 of the container, and open the inlet holes in the middle of valves "1", "2", and "3" (0 is the drain valve) to release water until it overflows the permeable disks, and then tighten the water inlet cover.

3. Place the test piece on the permeable annular rubber ring, then place the test piece pressure plate on the test piece and tighten the screws.

4. Set the time dial and time value according to the experimental requirements.

5. Plug in the power plug, turn on the start switch, and the air pump starts to inject pressure gas into the container. At this time, the pressure indicator light is on.

6. When the pressure reaches *, the pressure will automatically stop. At this time, the constant pressure indicator light will light up. After completing the test according to the specified time, unscrew the water valve to release the water and relieve the pressure. Then release the pressure ring and remove the specimen.
