Share some operation tutorials for maintenance and upkeep of 3D vibration screening equipment
Date: 2025-08-21Read: 0
The maintenance and upkeep of the three-dimensional vibration screening instrument are crucial for maintaining equipment performance, extending service life, and ensuring screening efficiency. The following are some specific operation tutorials:
Daily pre operation inspection
Mechanical structure: Check whether the bolts of the screen box, base, spring and other components are loose, especially the connection between the vibration motor and the screen box. At the same time, check whether the screen mesh is tensioned, damaged, deformed, or blocked.
Motor and transmission system: For models driven by dual motors, confirm whether the rotation direction of the vibration motor is consistent and check whether the motor wiring terminals are secure. For belt driven models, the tightness of the belt should be checked by pressing the belt with your fingers, and the sag should be within the range of 10-15mm.
Maintenance during operation
Material and load control: Strictly feed according to the rated processing capacity of the equipment to avoid material accumulation exceeding 1/3 of the screen height. Simultaneously control the humidity of the material to prevent it from sticking and blocking the sieve holes.
Vibration and noise monitoring: Observe whether the equipment vibration is stable. If there is abnormal shaking or severe vibration, stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting. Monitor the motor and transmission components for any abnormal noise. If any abnormal noise is found, it may be due to bearing oil shortage, gear wear, or loose components, and the machine needs to be stopped for maintenance.
Cleaning and maintenance after shutdown
Cleaning of sieve and sieve box: Timely remove residual materials on the surface of the sieve and inside the sieve holes, which can be blown with a soft bristled brush or compressed air. If the material has high viscosity, rinse the sieve with clean water, but ensure that the motor and electrical components are waterproof. After rinsing, air dry before installation. At the same time, clean the accumulated material inside the sieve box and the base. For corrosive materials, neutral cleaning agents should be used during cleaning.
Lubrication and component maintenance: The vibration motor bearings need to be lubricated with lithium based grease every 500-1000 hours of operation, with an appropriate amount of oil to fill 1/2-2/3 of the bearing cavity. Belt drive models require regular lubrication of the pulley bearings, while gear drive models require inspection of the gearbox oil level. If the oil turns black or thickens, it should be replaced promptly. In addition, the spring should be checked for cracks, deformation, or fatigue relaxation. If any abnormalities are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
Electrical system maintenance: Check whether the electrical connections are safe, without looseness or wear, ensure that the equipment is stored in a dry environment, and avoid electrical problems such as short circuits caused by high humidity. If the instrument has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to regularly power it on and run it for a period of time to remove moisture.
Regular deep maintenance
Screen inspection and replacement: Carefully inspect the wear and tear of the screen. If any damage, deformation, or enlarged mesh holes are found, the screen should be replaced in a timely manner. It is generally recommended to check the sieve every 1-3 months according to the actual situation.
Motor maintenance: Regularly measure the insulation resistance of the vibration motor to ensure its good insulation performance. At the same time, check whether the cooling fan of the motor is running normally. If there is any blockage or damage, it should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner to prevent the motor from overheating.
Spring inspection and replacement: Check for fatigue, deformation, or breakage of the spring. The elasticity of the spring can affect the screening effect. If the performance of the spring is found to have decreased, it should be replaced with a spring of the same specification in a timely manner. Generally, the spring should be inspected at least once a year.
