In order to implement the new requirements of the Party and the Ministry of Natural Resources for scientific and technological innovation in geological work, serve the basic principles of major national needs and strategies, and further implement the founding purpose of the Youth Work Committee of "actively organizing academic activities, discovering, cultivating and nurturing a new generation of geological science and technology workers, and promoting their early development", the Fourth National Youth Geological Conference was held in Hefei, Anhui from April 13 to April 15, 2019. More than 600 young and middle-aged experts from geological research institutes and physical and chemical exploration laboratories from all over the country participated in this conference for exchange.
