Preventive testing is an important part of the operation and maintenance of power equipment, and is one of the effective means to ensure the safe operation of the power system. Preventive testing refers to the inspection, testing, or monitoring of equipment in order to identify potential hazards during operation, prevent accidents or equipment damage, and also includes testing with oil or gas samples. Our technicians assisted the user in successfully completing the on-site test.

Due to the special nature of high-voltage equipment maintenance, upkeep, testing, and debugging work, the testing work must be carried out in a power-off state of the equipment. To shorten the power outage time and avoid accidents where test personnel accidentally enter the live equipment interval, reliable safety measures should be taken on site. Inspect the work site and testing equipment for any safety hazards; When processing the first type of work permit, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the current "Electricity Safety Work Regulations". The content of the work permit can be printed using a computer, but it must be manually signed. At the same time, the first type of work permit should be handed over to the corresponding management department of the company one day before work; Implement technical and organizational measures to ensure safety, establish the concept of safety first, adhere to the pre shift safety meeting system, and assign detailed safety responsibilities and personnel division, corresponding safety measures and major danger points, and the content of daily operations by the work leader.

The person in charge of the work must conduct a thorough inspection and confirmation of the site after all experiments have been completed: ① All personnel in the work team must leave the test site; ② The short circuited or removed wire ends have been restored for debugging; ③ The protection that was temporarily modified or exited for debugging purposes has been correctly restored; ④ Complete restoration of cabinets, doors, boxes, etc; ⑤ All dismantled lead connections are firmly and intact; ⑥ There are no grounding wires, tools, items, etc. left behind.
