1Introduction to Z941H Electric Gate Valve:

Simply put, an electric valve is a valve controlled by an electric actuatorThus achieving the opening and closing of valves. It can be divided into two parts, the upper part is the electric actuator and the lower part is the valve. According to the different types of electric devices, they are divided into ordinary switch type, explosion-proof type, and integral type. The integral type is further divided into integral adjustment type, integral explosion-proof type, and integral explosion-proof adjustment type. IIZ941H electric gate valve classification:

A: According to the nominal pressure, the valve can be divided into:

1. Low pressure valve: nominal pressurePN≤1.6MPa valve(includingPN≤1.6MPa steel valve)

2. Medium pressure valve: nominal pressurePN2.5—6.4MPa valve.

3. High pressure valve: nominal pressurePN10.0—80.0MPa valve.

4. Ultra high pressure valve: nominal pressurePN≥A valve with a pressure of 100.0MPa.

B: According to the temperature of the medium, it can be divided into:

1. Ordinary valve: suitable for medium temperature-Valve at 40 425 ℃.

2. High temperature valve: suitable for medium temperatureA valve with a temperature of 425 and 600 ℃.

3. Heat resistant valve: suitable for medium temperatureValves above 600 ℃.

4. Low temperature valve: suitable for medium temperature-Valves with a temperature range of 40-150 ℃.

C: According to the nominal diameter, valves can be divided into:
